In Pairs complete the following:

10 minutes: 800m then Max reps Clean & Jerk (60/40)
2 minutes rest
10 minutes: 800m then Max reps Snatch (60/40)
2 minutes rest
10 minutes: 800m then Max Reps Partner facing Burpees.
